Palácio da Brejoeira Alvarinho DOC Vinho Verde sub-region Monção e Melgaço

Description

Palácio da Brejoeira is a palace in Monção, Portugal. The Palace was constructed in the 18th century according to a project from the architect Carlos Amarante. It is classified by The Portuguese Institute of Architectural Heritage ( IPPAR ) since 1910. The palace opened for the public in 2010.

Palácio da Brejoeira Alvarinho is a light, fresh and aromatic wine that was subject to a staging in bottle of at least 6 months. It reveals a brilliant colour, straw, with citric reflexes, with intense but delicate fragrance. When young it has fragrances and tastes of quince and floral nuances, gaining with the time of bottle an almond-shaped character, with a complex, harmonious and persistent taste.
